On a Serious Note: as stated above, this is a large ATV with a high-output motor. It is
recommended that anyone who operates a machine of this nature should either have sufficient history
of ATV-seat-time, or should take a training course on how to enjoy a safe ride. If you are unsure of
whether or not you can handle this machine, it is HIGHLY and SERIOUSLY advised that you take
an ATV safety-training course first. To further emphasize on safety, we'll provide you with a
DOT-APPROVED HELMET, GOGGLES, and CHEST/SHOULDER-PROTECTORS FOR
FREE with your ATV rental.

Q: How far in advance do I need to make reservations?
A: This depends on the time of year. If it is the peak-season (April -
October), it is recommended to call at least two weeks in advance. The latest
in advance it can be reserved is 24 hours before check-out date.
Q: How much money is required to make a reservation?
A: Rent is to be paid i
n full, up front. That's the $135 per day rent, $15 perday insurance + one-time $3 processing fee (payable directly to insurance company),
and 7% NC state tax on the rent. This per-day rate pays for an entire 24HR period!
Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: $500, to be refunded in 15-30 days, time and amount
dependant upon inspection and condition of ATV after rental period.
Q: How do I pay?
A: All major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC) or debit card is required
for security deposit. The remainder can be paid with credit/debit card or
cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Q: What is check-in/check-out times?
A: Check-out time (when you arrive to pick up the ATV) is 9:00am.
Check-in/drop-off time is 9:00am on the return date. We are CLOSED on
Sundays, so it is mandatory to rent through Sunday if you are renting
the ATV for any period that leads up to Sunday, since we're not open to
check the ATV in on Sunday. Some of our rental facilities may be able to
make arrangements to check the ATV back in on Saturday evening meaning
you would only have to pay for Saturday's rates, but there is no guarantee. Call
in advance for details on weekend pick-up/drop-off times and availabilities.
If you only need the ATV for Saturday only (one day), it is still mandatory that you
rent the ATV through Sunday and take advantage of the Sunday discount rate -
unless as stated above, that the site you are renting from has an available
representative to check the ATV back in between Saturday and Sunday night.
This is not some scam to suck you into renting the ATV on Sunday (especially
since we GIVE Sunday away for FREE if you rent from Monday-Saturday), there's
just no way of checking it in on Sunday's since most of our sites are closed.
And most of our offices are only open until 2:00 on Saturday, so there's really no way to
receive the ATV until the following Monday if you rent the ATV on Saturday.
Again, if you rent the ATV from Monday through Saturday, you get Sunday
RENT-FREE. All you have to pay is the $15 insurance. Nobody else even
comes within the same GALAXY as that DEAL!
Q: What if I don't own proper protective gear?
A: A DOT and/or SNELL-approved helmet, goggles, and
chest/shoulder-guards will be provided to be used and returned
with the ATV.
Q: Can I make reservations on-line?
A: This feature, as well as on-line payment options will become available
in the near-future, but as of right now payment is made by phone or in person.
